Phase 2 – Massachusetts Reopening Plan
The following is a list of businesses in Phase 2 of the Reopening Strategy. Effective Monday, June 1, business owners may enter their businesses to prepare for the reopening, but businesses are not to open to the public until an official announcement from the governor is made, scheduled at this time for June 6.

Auto Dealers | Browsing inside showroom with restrictions |
Retail Stores | Browsing inside with restrictions |
Casinos | Only Hotels & Restaurants |
Driving Schools | Behind the Wheel training or observation of another student driver |
Occupational Schools | Only for the purposes of permitting students to complete a degree or program or prerequisite for employment |
Hotels | Open to serve guests, but with restrictions |
Restaurants | In addition to takeout and delivery (Phase 1), can offer outdoor seating at this time. |
Flight Schools | |
Beer Gardens, Breweries, Wineries, Distilleries | If providing seated food service under retail food permits issued by municipal authorities |
Non-athletic instructional classes in arts, education, life skills | Youths under 18 years, in groups of fewer than 10 |
