Eligibility Criteria:

- Have a 100% service-connected disability rating from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
- Be a resident of Massachusetts at the time of application and continue to reside in the state while receiving the annuity.

- Gold Star Families:
- Surviving Parents (Gold Star Parents): Parents of veterans who lost their lives in service during wartime.
